QuarkXPress 8 has won the coveted MacUser award for Print Publishing Software of the Year.
MacUser says, "It's been a long time coming but this is a momentus release... Whatever you do owe it to yourself to grab a demo and put QuarkXPress 8 through its paces."

QuarkXPress 7 received a Best of Show award from the Macwelt editors at the MacExpo show and conference. The Cologne show awarded only 5 such awards that are "given to products either making their public debut at MacExpo or recently introduced, innovative and generating excitement on the show floor."
QuarkXPress 6.5 has won the award for Most Improved Page-Layout Program in the Macworld magazine Editors’ Choice (Eddy) Awards.
Macworld says, “QuarkXPress 6.5 is a landmark update offering additional high-level functionality mid-release. The release includes QuarkVista image editing, native Adobe Photoshop image (.psd) import capabilities, access to a font package from Linotype for a special price, and Citrix server support for easier IT management.”
QuarkXPress 6.5 won the Performance Award from PC Plus, one of the most respected magazines in the UK with a circulation of over 120,000. PC Plus says that “the future of the company looks assured and this 0.5 release is a step in the right direction.”
QuarkXPress 6.5 won the Top Product Award from PC Magazine. PC Magazine gives QuarkXPress 6.5, “the most popular desktop publishing program in the world,” an overall rating of “very good.” PC Magazine says, “For the first time, QuarkXPress 6.5 contains features for managing images.”
QuarkXPress 6.5 received a 4-Star rating from Macworld in the January 2005 issue. Macworld says, “Quark has produced a feature-packed, mid-term upgrade.”
