  • If you want to purchase an individual copy of desktop software and don’t want to use the QuarkStore or a reseller.

  • If you want to purchase a support plan for desktop or enterprise products. Note: English-language tech support is free to registered users of the current version of QuarkXPress.
  • If you want to apply for educational or non-profit pricing.
  • If you want help managing license issues such as consolidating or transferring licenses and replacing software.
  • If you have problems with online registration and need immediate assistance registering your product.

  • If you need technical support for desktop software.
  • If you do not find the answer to your question in any of the online resources, including the technical support database, the AppleScript® support section, the tech•notes, or the Quark® Forums.

  • If you have 20 or more seats on a site license and have a general inquiry.
